Breathing Therapy
There are several types of Breathing Therapy:
1. Psychosomatic
Conscious breathing can improve a person's entire physical and mental health and regulate problems or disorders. By applying conscious breathing and breath awareness techniques, a person should experience an all-over positive influence e.g. in the case of psychosomatic illnesses, migraines, sleeping problems and menstrual pain.
2. Pulmonary Medicine
Here, breathing therapy is used to ease breathing, improve lung function, assist chest mobility and to mobilise secretion in the respiratory tracts. It is especially beneficial for people suffering from lung and bronchial illnesses e.g. bronchial asthma, pulmonary emphysema, nervous disorders and spinal pain.
As part of the breathing classes, our guests learn conscious breathing and exercises to optimise their rhythm and depth of breathing and practise abdominal breathing.
