Classic and Special Massage
Dorn/Breuss Massage
This method involves delicately applying pressure with the thumb to the spinous processes in order to correct the position of individual or several shifted vertebrae. This can even be used in difficult areas such as the sacrum, hip sockets or atlas vertebra.
Indications: acute and chronic pain caused by false positioning of the spine.
Trigger Points
There exists a close relationship between the joints, muscles, fascia, nervous and vascular system. In particular, pain can arise where muscle crosses bone, which may also have originated from other areas.
Indications: various painful conditions and muscle tension particularly affecting the back.
Friction Massage
The fingertips or the heels of the hand massage the muscle using small circular movements. This technique is especially effective for relieving tension and muscle stiffness.
