It's all happening in Seefeld
Events often put the icing on the cake in the summer – Seefeld makes no exception this year either: the village festival, forest festival, festival of lights, the Blumencorso flower festival, the crafts market and the Kirchtag fair – locals in the Olympia Region of Seefeld always find a reason to celebrate and are more than happy to invite guests along too. Musical accompaniment, local delicacies and a good drop are always part of the festivities.
There's plenty of action at the three-day "Unicorn March" and the "Karwendel Challenge" (KC), a non-stop 100 mile/161 kilometre-long "ultra trail": here spectators can get just as excited as the participants.
